It overlooks the beautiful houses in the area and lush greens surrounding it. - The kitchen has beautiful white cabinets and grey countertops, and has equipment like dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer and refrigerator, stove, as well as cooking basics. - The first bedroom features a grey queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and bed covers, a wardrobe, nightstands with lamps, as well as decor items and mirrors. - The second bedroom has two single beds, nightstand with lamp, as well as paintings. - The first bathroom at the apartment has a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin. - The second bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. - Toiletries such as hair dryer, and essentials like towels, toilet paper, and soap are all provided. - WIFI, air conditioning, iron, washing machine, and hangers are all available for your convenience. - Smoke detectors are also available in the apartment for safety. Rules and Policies Cancellation policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. - If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
