Villa 114 is spread over 305 sqm, and has capacity for 10 people. - The ground floor features a large living room, with a three navy-blue sofas, a coffee table, a rug, as well as Smart TV with Netflix. - Next to the living room is a large dining area with a table and eight grey chairs. - An open kitchen is also available in the main area, boasting wooden cabinets and white cabinets, as well as six black stools. - The kitchen includes equipment like dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and a stove. The amount will be credited back to the guest's bank account within 3 business days, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees (3-10%), depending on the recipient bank's location. Long Stay Booking Notice For stays longer than 10 days, guests are required to schedule regular cleaning and linen/towel changes to ensure the unit is well-maintained. Applicable fees will be charged for these services.
