The Space - Spread across 81 square meters, our apartment provides ample space for a comfortable stay. - Situated on the 20th floor, enjoy stunning views of the city skyline from your private balcony. - Relax in the cozy queen bed adorned with fresh linens and extra pillows and blankets. The room is equipped with room darkening shades to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. - Unwind in the inviting living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, and Disney. The dining table for four provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals or catch up on work. - Refresh yourself in the modern full bathroom featuring a bathtub, along with provided toiletries, towels, and cleaning products. Additionally, there is a convenient guest toilet for added comfort. - Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and drip coffee machine. - For your convenience, a washing machine and drying rack are provided in the apartment. - Stay cool with air conditioning and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Developed by Emaar Properties, its construction was completed in 2008. PARKING To start off, facilities for residents include four levels of basement parking in South Ridge 5. Also, one can find public parking spaces near the building. ELEVATORS High-speed elevators in South Ridge 5 offer fast and convenient access to all floors. SECURITY, AIR-CONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES There is 24-hour security in the building. Security guards are always present and the building also has CCTV coverage, with monitors in each apartment. District cooling is supplied by Emaar District Cooling (EDC LLC). There is also a variety of fine-dining restaurants in Downtown Dubai. - Supermarkets in the area include: Carrefour Market, Al Maya Supermarket, and Spinneys. - The tower is also well surrounded with major landmarks in the area, of which we name The Dubai Fountain (6 minutes away), Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (10 minutes away), Dubai Opera (10 minutes away), and Burj Khalifa less than 15 minutes away from The Address Dubai Mall. - TRANSPORTATION - Downtown Dubai is one of the most well-connected neighbourhoods in the region. BUS STATIONS NEAR SOUTH RIDGE TOWER 5 DUBAI In terms of transportation near South Ridge 5 Downtown Dubai, you can take Bus 29 from South Ridge 1. METRO STATIONS NEAR SOUTH RIDGE TOWER 5 DOWNTOWN DUBAI Residents can walk to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station in 15 minutes. Financial Centre, Emirates Towers and Business Bay Metro Station are approximately 13 minutes away by car. These stations are served by the Red Line of Dubai Metro. Other details to note  - Baby cot available upon request, charged AED 200 per stay. - DAILY CLEANING NOT INCLUDED but can be booked separately for an additional charge. - There is no luggage storage facility at the apartments in the reception area. HOUSE RULES While you are our guests, we request that you please observe these house rules. Violations may result in charges and/or immediate eviction. 1. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, check-out time is at 11:00 AM; therefore, rooms should be totally cleared by 11:00 AM to give our staff ample time to clean and sanitize the rooms for the next guests. 2. MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED. Room Cleaning* and Linen change* can be booked through us at an additional cost, booking needs to be a day in advance. (*Subject to availability) 3. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports, etc.). SUPERHOST will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings. 4. Please handle keys with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of AED 300 5. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period. 6. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible. 7. No outside visitors allowed without prior permission from the reception. All guests must be registered with their Passport/ID at reception. 8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; a charge of AED 500 will be levied if anyone found smoking in the room. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor balcony area. Please close the balcony door to avoid the smoke from going into the room. 9. No gambling of any kind or unlawful behaviour is permitted. 10. Illegal drugs & prostitution is strictly prohibited. 11. Please help us maintain our rates by conserving electricity. All electric appliances/lights should be switched off when you go out. 12. In case of a violation of the above regulations, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave. 13.
