HOUSE RULES Parties/events are not allowed No additional Guests allowed Smoking is strictly forbidden and can only smoke in outdoor areas Please, remember daily cleaning is not included. You will be provided with a set of Bath and hand towels – one for each guest. Apartment is registered as a Holiday Home and all Guests should provide their passports copies in advance according to the Abu Dhabi regulations. Baby cot available for hire 200 AED per duration of stay. High Chair available for hire 200 AED per duration of stay. Extra bed available upon request for AED450 per stay. Loss of Access card: AED 500 per card Penalty Fee Loss of Door key: AED 100 Penalty Fee Loss of Safe box key: AED 350 Penalty Fee Check-out: 11:00 AM Any delayed check-out will incur additional charges. Strictly 15-minute grace period will be allowed, after which a charge equivalent to half a night's stay will apply. If the check-out occurs after 12:00 PM, a full night's charge will be applied. Note: Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability of the unit. Booking extension – Guests must inform the host at least 4 hours prior to the standard check-out time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the unit's cleaning fee. Check-in: 15:00 PM Important Information: Please be aware that charges will apply for any missing items or damages as follows: Additional Services: Amenities, linens, and cleaning services will incur the following fees: Note: Cleaning request must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. The Damage Security Deposit can be paid via: Credit Card: A pre-authorization hold will be released within 3 business days after check-out. Please note, we do not accept AMEX. Debit Card: A request for a refund will be sent to the Finance team the day after the guest's check-out. The amount will be credited back to the guest's bank account within 3 business days, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees (3-10%), depending on the recipient bank's location. Long Stay Booking Notice For stays longer than 10 days, guests are required to schedule regular cleaning and linen/towel changes to ensure the unit is well-maintained. Applicable fees will be charged for these services.
