You will be provided with a set of Bath and hand towels – one for each guest. Apartment is registered as a Holiday Home and all Guests should provide their passports copies in advance according to the Abu Dhabi regulations. Loss of Access card: AED 500 per card Penalty Fee Loss of Door key: AED 100 Penalty Fee Loss of Safe box key: AED 350 Penalty Fee Check-out: 11:00 AM Any delayed check-out will incur additional charges. Strictly 15-minute grace period will be allowed, after which a charge equivalent to half a night's stay will apply. If the check-out occurs after 12:00 PM, a full night's charge will be applied. Note: Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability of the unit. Booking extension – Guests must inform the host at least 4 hours prior to the standard check-out time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the unit's cleaning fee. Check-in: 15:00 PM Important Information: Please be aware that charges will apply for any missing items or damages as follows: Additional Services: Amenities, linens, and cleaning services will incur the following fees: Note: Cleaning request must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. The Damage Security Deposit can be paid via: Credit Card: A pre-authorization hold will be released within 3 business days after check-out. Please note, we do not accept AMEX. Debit Card: A request for a refund will be sent to the Finance team the day after the guest's check-out. The amount will be credited back to the guest's bank account within 3 business days, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees (3-10%), depending on the recipient bank's location. Long Stay Booking Notice For stays longer than 10 days, guests are required to schedule regular cleaning and linen/towel changes to ensure the unit is well-maintained. Applicable fees will be charged for these services.
